But yes, I was thinking, maybe, since we all loved the pool at the chalet so much, we can go to like one of those swimming complexes with slides :D like the one at Jurong :D I would suggest wildwildwet but I can't afford it -.- yup. HOW :D we should go, the one at jurong is quite fun(: and its not expensive. But of course, we all have to wear swimming costumes (and I'll look fat D:) and no more shirts cos lifegurads are never not on duty, HAHA.

People please respond okay :D

and what's gonna happen to this blog next year D: are we getting a new one and leaving this or relinking :/

hey 213,

this is just something i'm planning on doing and i just thought perhaps everyone should do it.

on your blog, post 3 memories you have of everyone in this class. it can be random, good, not-so-good, just 3 long-lasting memories you'll have of this person.

this way, next year, in sec 4, in hcjc, in uni, as long as we keep our blog and our archives, we'll always remember 3 very special things about the thirteeners that we have lived with in the ridiculously dirty classroom for the past 2 years.

if there's one thing i've learnt, it's that - you don't need to do great things to impact people's lives, all you had to do, was to be a 213ers. well, that's from my pov, and 213 has changed me alot. we're all nostalgic after class chalet, and if anything i find myself gripping at all the memories of everything, going through it before i go to bed, trying to imprint it into my memories so i'll never forget.

let's have more class outings- i miss all of you already, since the minute i stepped out of the class chalet.

i guess there's only one thing to say at the end- thank you <3

Im in a desperate attempt to try and convince my mum to let me go for chalet. but even if im successful, i wont be able to go for the full thing! =(
cuz of my ankle! im still limping and its damn pain. so. i need to know what stuff the games committee planned! cuz i cannot move around... so if we're juz staying in the chalet, there'll be a higher chance of me being able to go. most likely if i can go, i'll go on the second day and stay overnight. and erm i might have probs with food. cuz the doc says im not supposed to eat stuff like chicken, egg and seafood. so i'll be quite hungry? haha i dunno lah.

uh, just wanted to tell you I won't be able to make it on time for chalet, so I'll be late. Therefore, I can't meet all you people at the MRT. yes, the horror D: LOL. but yeah, so can someone who confirm going to reach the MRT on time come and tell me or just post on the class blog so everybody knows who to go to :D

by the way, the shuttle bus comes at 3.15pm and you have to wait at the taxi stand facing the main road (near Macdonalds) and you can find a layout of the chalets at http://www.aloharesorts.com.sg/templates/maps/LoyangChalets.htm yup. The bus should drop you off at the reception area and then you guys have to walk.

my instructions veh clear alr right -.- so yes, I can't make it, ni men zi ji bao zhong :D (while I get to cab there :D HAHAHAH)

To all of 213;

I'll admit I never really loved 213 as much as I should, as much as all you do.

However, I'll also admit that on C&D night, I cried veryveryvery hard after debrief. I guess that just goes to show how much I'll miss all of you - as a class.

Many of you are probably planning to continue meeting up for outings, gatherings, chalets, whatever-the-hell-GEPers-do as the eighteen of us, and besides, "We'll still see each other everyday!" Promises only go so far, but I know you guys will manage to do it (:

In spite of this, it takes very, very much to maintain a strong bond between an entire class, and there's something special and crucial in seeing each other every single day through all the disgusting lessons and gripe-worthy crap we go through together.
To be frank, or maybe I'm just putting a damper on everyone's spirits, but it really ended that night we had our performance. All I believed in was, "It's ending tonight', possibly echoing what resides in many of our hearts. Except we don't want to believe it - because we want to make it otherwise.

What a lasting friendship needs isn't knowing the good points of everyone, but realising we all fall short of 'perfect' and loving everyone anyway. In the words of HSM, "We're all in this together"!

I know many times, people try to stick together and fail miserably. It's happened to all of us. No matter how you try, it's utterly different each time. I'm not even talking about your ditzy nursery school friend who looks like a supermodel now, or your friend from (boot) camp who've you've got absolutely no recollection of when she visits in the holiday. It takes a lot of time, trust, love and tolerance just for two people to stay close friends, and depending, those who succeed usually get married x)

But my point is - I believe that 213 consists of those people (:

Now that I've finally realised how much I'm gonna miss all of you together, as a class - allow me to offer my sincerest well wishes.
Even if I don't plan to keep this strong bond we have, even if I'm just an apathetic little 1/18 of this lovely class, even if everything really does fall apart here, at least we had a good two years together and I've said what I wish to.

2. Please be on time when we meet at Pasir Ris MRT at 2.30pm because the shuttle bus leaves at 3.15pm and the next one is at 4.15pm -.- if you miss it, we're totally not responsible :D
3. PLEASE PAY CARISSA THE $12 FOR THE BBQ AND MISC STUFF :D
4. Please DO remember to bring your food for dinner on the first day(: no food, no eat xD

It's not really goodbye, is it? (x That's what I keep telling myself.
I'll still be seeing you guys again, birthday party, class chalet, and next year 314 will have 5 of you too.
So I'm not sure why I started crying.

I guess it's the idea of 213'08 ending. We'll never be 213 again. I'll never be a 213-er, sitting amongst seventeen other people, wearing the same orange shirt and cheering my heart out. I'll never gang up against teachers and zi kua 213 mockingly again. I'll never sit in that classroom and watch youtube videos, play bridge, dance around, have fun. I'll never have to get pissed at people over work again, and never worry about other people not liking me.

No, I'll still do all that, only maybe not with the same people. And that's what makes me sad, because I don't want to leave all of you. I don't want to move on.

When Alex Teo ripped off the 213 sign off our dressing room, it suddenly hit me. That it's officially over.

Next year, I'll be going for HP. It's what I wanted, I guess, what I wished for. I don't regret the choice, not at all. But I do feel horribly sad over leaving all my closest friends behind in 313. I'm, afraid.
Afraid we'll drift, because I think we will. Afraid I won't have anyone like you guys, never find people like you. Afraid that I'll start to forget about 213 and all my friendships there.
Afraid I'll change.

But fear never got anything done. And I'm fourteen now (WHOO~!). So even though I'm afraid, and worried and unsure about everything that's about to happen, starting from now, I'm going to try, at least, to move on.

You'll always be special in my heart, 213. You're the first class that made me feel like I belonged in a family, and you're the first class that made me cry. I might forget, one day, but I promise I'll do my best to keep all of you close to my heart, bury you guys deep, deep inside. (:

Please refer to the doc on class email about the make-up and stuff like that. If you don't have, I have a set of make-up that I can loan to anybody who needs(: except I think no blusher o.o but ya. Don't forget to bring comb, hair stuff, GEL if you need. Check that all your costumes are okay beforehand, dn turn up tmr with costume emergencies(:

Good job today! We made.. a tidy sum (: of 192 dollars. not as good as we wanted, but pretty decent plus we cleaned up fast and sold out fast!

Now treasury matters. Okay so all the fundraising people who bought stuff have already been refunded. But the people who brought stuff for class picnic at Sentosa haven't given me their receipts. SO PLEASE tell me if you want to claim for class picnic! cos so far only carissa has claimed for her marshmallows! & I know there are people who bought drinks and stuff (: so yep do claim if you want to asap otherwise it'll be bothersome to rake it up later.

Secondly, we need to collect money for class chalet, and also we need extra funds to refund the class picnic people. (we only have one dollar in our class fund now) so please bring 5 dollars to pay the class treasury next Monday! Please remember, cos that'll be the last chance you have to pay... for a long time!

After class chalet, on the last day, we can see how much funds we have left, then spend it accordingly! Or split it.

okay erm anyway as you all know, our play is very underrehearsed. yes cuz it doesnt seem like we're actually quite ready. SO. i was thinking if you guys would wanna rehearse again and that would be TOMORROW before fundraising. we need to like assemble for fundraising at 5 so we can meet earlier to rehearse? probably about 2.30 i guess. unless u wanna meet later at 3 something?

AND there's no need to tell me this is last minute. cuz i know it is and since no one actually wants to initiate another rehearsal before monday where we all juz die, here it is. the only possible day actually. so RESPOND.

I've emailed the IKEA man, but remember that we need our own condiments! (xie3 xin4 mu4 de4) I.e. ketchup, chilli, mustard. (I don't know why some ketchup bottles say 'Catsup'. Like what, " 'sup, cat." ??!!) My mother would be infuriated if she has to do this as well, so could anybody responsible please volunteer? I think we'll need at least 3 bottles of each. (jian4 yi4) Of course depending on the size, unless you want to go to McDonalds and cope, but that would be miserly and unbecoming of Nanyang Girls. Oh and btw we only ordered 150 last year, but I went ahead and placed an order for 200 since we sold out pretty quickly. And remember that people don't drink as much Coke as we thought. Yes.

So please contact me if you're gonna buy catsup, ketchup, chilli and/or mustard, then I will post a list of the very much responsible people who will determine the fate of our hotdogs.
